The staff team is an important element of a holiday at Diani House - whether it is Nico preparing delicious food or Ali serving it with charm and style; Joseph or Boniface cheerfully cleaning the rooms and washing mountains of laundry, or Saidi and Mohammed cutting the grass, collecting coconuts or arranging sun beds in the garden.
Nico (chef), Ali (waiter), Joseph (rooms) and Boniface (laundry) have participated in high-profile in-house training courses in their respective areas, operated by Utalii College. This professional training is an invaluable addition to the experience they have gained from working at Diani House and we hope to be able to send the remaining staff on equivalent courses next year.
